1.2. This Agreement is concluded when the individual participant or organisational purchaser (the “Purchaser”) expressly accepts these terms and makes the required payment, or accepts the Provider’s written offer through its specified acceptance procedure. The individual attending the Programme is the “Participant”.
1.3. The Provider shall email confirmation and a copy of the agreed terms. Mandatory consumer protections apply to anyone entitled to them under applicable law.
2.1. The Provider shall deliver the online “Advanced GCP Auditor School – 2027” (the “Programme”), comprising:
2.2. Live webinars run weekly from 21 January to 8 April 2027. The final examination is scheduled for 15 April 2027.
2.3. The syllabus supplied before registration forms part of this Agreement. The teaching language, session times and time zone, technical requirements, recording availability and materials-access period shall be disclosed before acceptance.
2.4. The Provider shall provide learning access, suitably qualified trainers and reasonable technical support. Equivalent trainer substitutions and minor adjustments are permitted. Material changes are governed by Section 5.
3.1. The Programme fee is EUR 2,500. The applicable VAT treatment and final tax-inclusive amount shall be stated before acceptance.
3.2. Payment may be made in full upon registration or in three instalments:
| Payment | Amount | Deadline |
| Registration payment | EUR 900 | Upon registration |
| Second instalment | EUR 800 | 21 January 2027 |
| Third instalment | EUR 800 | 25 February 2027 |
3.3. The registration payment forms part of the total fee and is not automatically non-refundable. Section 5 applies to all payments, regardless of the payment option selected.
3.4. Payment methods and bank details appear in the invoice or checkout. Late-registration payment arrangements must be agreed in writing.
3.5. If payment remains overdue for more than five calendar days, the Provider may issue a written reminder allowing seven further calendar days to pay. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination. Any financial settlement shall follow Section 5, without automatic forfeiture of payments.
4.1. Certificate eligibility requires:
4.2. The examination is separate from the live-webinar attendance calculation. Recordings count towards attendance only under expressly communicated make-up arrangements.
4.3. The certificate title, issuer, CPD points, examination duration, pass mark, resit terms and certificate issuance period shall be confirmed before acceptance. No particular accreditation or CPD allocation is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
5.1. A Purchaser entitled to statutory withdrawal may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after conclusion of the Agreement. Notice may be sent to [email protected], by post to the Provider’s address, or through any applicable online withdrawal function. Sending an unequivocal notice before the deadline is sufficient.
5.2. As an additional contractual benefit, the Provider shall refund all payments following a valid withdrawal within that period, including where early access has been granted. No deduction shall be made for services supplied during the withdrawal period.
5.3. Early access does not itself waive withdrawal rights. The Provider shall obtain any legally required separate request before commencing services during that period.
5.4. The Purchaser may cancel at any time by notifying the Provider in writing:
a. Before 21 January 2027: all payments shall be refunded, including the registration payment.
b. From 21 January 2027: the Provider may retain only a reasonable proportion of the total fee corresponding to services actually supplied before receipt of the cancellation notice. The remaining amount shall be refunded. No separate cancellation penalty or automatic retention of the EUR 900 registration payment applies.
5.5. Any deduction shall be itemised and calculated against the total Programme fee, taking account of the relative value of teaching, e-learning and assessment services actually supplied. Merely granting platform access shall not justify retaining the full fee. Any component values used for this calculation must be disclosed before acceptance.
5.6. Instalments attributable to undelivered services shall cease to be payable. If the value of services already supplied exceeds payments received, the Provider may invoice only the justified difference. Mandatory rights to cancel without charge remain unaffected.
5.7. If the Provider cancels before teaching begins, all payments shall be refunded. If the Programme permanently stops after commencement, undelivered services shall be refunded, without limiting other applicable remedies.
5.8. If the Provider materially changes the dates, delivery format, core syllabus or promised certification, the Purchaser may accept the change or terminate and receive a full refund.
5.9. All refunds under this Section shall be made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after the relevant cancellation, withdrawal or termination notice, normally through the original payment method. A transfer or credit may replace a refund only with the Purchaser’s agreement.
6.1. Participants shall follow reasonable conduct and assessment rules, keep login details private and respect confidentiality. Unauthorised sharing of materials, recording of sessions, or submission of confidential information to external AI tools is prohibited.
6.2. Materials are licensed for the Participant’s own learning and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.
6.3. Personal data shall be processed under applicable data protection law and the Privacy Notice supplied before registration. Participants shall receive advance information about session recordings. Promotional use of their image, voice or testimonial requires separate permission.
7.1. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] or the Provider’s postal address. The Provider shall respond within 14 calendar days.
7.2. Polish law governs this Agreement, without depriving protected Purchasers of mandatory rights under otherwise applicable law.
7.3. Disputes shall be submitted to courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
