eLearning Terms and Conditions
By purchasing online, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may modify these terms at any time by publishing the revisions on the website.

Payment and Access
  • Full payment is required before access to the eLearning course is granted.
  • Course access details will be sent via email after payment confirmation.
  • We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to the course, but we reserve the right to modify, restrict, or terminate access at any time without notice.
Course Access Duration
  • Access to the purchased course is provided for 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • After the initial access period, an extension is available at an additional cost of 5% of the course price for every subsequent 30 days.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
  • All course materials, including text, design, graphics, and software, are the property of The QARP and are protected by copyright laws.
  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the materials.
  • Redistribution, reproduction, modification, or resale of the content in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • The QARP retains full ownership of trademarks, logos, and intellectual property.
Liability Disclaimer
  • The QARP ensures the accuracy of course content but does not guarantee it will be free from errors.
  • We do not accept liability for technical issues, viruses, or external website links contained in the course.
  • The QARP is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our eLearning materials.
Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card or invoice.
  • Invoices must be settled within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Fees are listed in EUR, with currency exchange rates updated regularly.
VAT & Taxation
  • All course prices already include VAT, where applicable.

Cancellations & Transfers
  • Purchased courses cannot be canceled and are non-transferable to other individuals.
Login & Security
  • Users must log in using their registered email and password.
  • You are responsible for any activity associated with your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify The QARP immediately.
Corporate eLearning & Multi-User Licenses
  • Corporate licensing options are available upon request.
  • Multi-user licenses must be assigned to named participants. No refunds are issued for unused licenses.
