    Irina graduated with a Medical Degree from Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University and proceeded to complete a postgraduate study at Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University specializing in Internal Medicine. She was then conferred a Candidate of Medical Sciences Degree and holds an academic title of Associate Professor.
